Well hello world, hello blog…it’s been a little while. I just wanted to pop in to say that we have finished our first quarter last week. It went very well. (I still need to post what we did for Art) So we are off for 2 weeks at least… we finished a week ahead of schedule so I just may extend our break for 3 weeks. We’ll see, because the troops seem to get a little ‘restless’ with no school work to do…It’s as if play time only satisfies for a while and then they come asking for something to do so I’m thinking to start back after 2 weeks(maybe with a good read-aloud book) and then ease back into our ‘routine’. We are having a blast…at least I am…not having to think too much about lessons.

I’m excited about it. Working from home this way is very exciting and even fulfilling…to finally have some organization to pursuing our (financial as well as other)goals for our family has been a real blessing to us..and to be coached into taking action to work towards fulfilling those goals and dreams is yet another worthwhile and exciting journey for us to take together as a family.
